This site is not a contractor or a waterproofing company. It holds no Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration. It doesn't offer to do basement work, and it never visits homes, gives bids or prices, signs contracts or handles insurance claims.

When you send a request by form or phone, it goes to one independent local contractor. That contractor contacts you, visits if you agree, writes the estimate and does any work you hire them for. The contractor is a separate business, and the contract is between the two of you.

Contractors may pay this site for advertising. You never pay this site anything, and you never receive any money, gift or discount from it for sending a request.

We don't check, vouch for or rank contractors, and no payment buys a recommendation. Before you sign anything, ask for the contractor's Massachusetts HIC registration number and confirm it with the state, ask for a Construction Supervisor License if the work is structural, and make sure the registration number appears on your written contract.
