When you fill out a form or call (617) 555-0182, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, town or street address, and what you tell us about your basement. We use those details for one purpose: passing your request to one independent local contractor so that contractor can contact you about an estimate. We also use them to answer questions you send us.

Your request is shared with that one contractor. We may also rely on companies that host the website, deliver form messages or route and log phone calls; they handle your details only to provide those services. We don't sell your information to data brokers or mailing-list companies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Like most websites, this one may record basic technical data such as your browser type, the pages you view and the site that sent you. Calls to the number above may pass through a call-tracking service that notes the time, length and calling number. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, and the site still works.

Once the contractor has your request, their own privacy practices apply to anything you share with them. We keep form records only as long as we reasonably need them for the referral and our own records.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form or call the number above. We may update this policy, and the effective date above will change when we do. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
